Shipping Policies

It is our goal to ship your product as quickly within 48 hours. These are general guidelines and are not guaranteed.

If you are needing your order by a specific date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you in time.

Our standard method of shipment is via Fedex. In certain situations and at our discretion, we will ship via the United States Postal Service. Our customers have the ability to select Fedex Next Day Air, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex ground service. Please note that Fedex ground service takes anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive after your order has been shipped, depending upon destination. Fedex does NOT pick up packages from us on Saturdays.

GrafixWrap cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, GrafixWrap reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.

For international orders, GrafixWrap is not currently shipping outside of the continental United States. 

Please be sure that the Shipping Address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
